Enhanced Freshman Scholars Program!
Cleveland State University's Enhanced Freshman Scholars Program now makes it easy for qualified students to receive merit scholarships up to $20,000 over four years. All 2012 high school graduates who meet minimum eligibility requirements and accept admission by May 1 will be automatically awarded a Freshman Scholars scholarship to learn and live at CSU.
- 2012 high school graduates who enter CSU full-time this fall with at least a 3.0 GPA and an ACT score of 23 or a combined 1070 SAT (combined critical reading & math), will receive a $3,000 Freshman Scholars merit award that is renewable* up to $12,000 over four years.
- Plus – if students choose to live on campus in Euclid Commons or Fenn Tower residence halls they will receive an additional $2,000 Freshman Scholars – Residence scholarship that is renewable** up to $8,000 over four years. This scholarship is only available to Freshman Scholars merit award recipients.
That's $5,000 per year, renewable up to $20,000 over four years – an estimated 30% savings on tuition, room and board. These scholarships are automatically awarded to qualified students, no scholarship application is necessary.
